Each individual may hold only one (1) mbi8 Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, mbi8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
The mbi8 Platform is intended for use by players who are legally permitted to access online gaming services in their jurisdiction. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify mbi8 immediately via our customer support channels. mbi8 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
You agree not to sell, transfer, or assign your mbi8 Account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Account ownership is personal and non-transferable.
All deposits into your mbi8 Account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. mbi8 supports Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) deposits via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
mbi8 does not accept deposits from credit cards issued in Malaysia or any payment instrument that is not registered to the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source, subject to applicable processing fees.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. mbi8 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for standard requests; however, withdrawal requests may be subject to additional processing time where identity verification, bonus wagering clearance, or risk review procedures are applicable.
mbi8 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identification document and proof of residential address. Failure to complete KYC procedures may result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mbi8 does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees or exchange rates.
mbi8 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on winnings derived from bonus funds.
Bonus funds credited to your Account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum of the number of times specified in the promotion terms before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
mbi8 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage, or other abusive practices will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
Each game available on the mbi8 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface prior to commencing play. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
All game outcomes on mbi8 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for electronic games, and by physical dealing, spinning, or rolling processes for live dealer games. mbi8 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or disconnection during gameplay, mbi8 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mbi8 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of mbi8.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, mbi8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
mbi8's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
mbi8 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption or error, and accepts no liability for losses resulting from Platform unavailability, technical faults, or third-party service outages beyond mbi8's reasonable control.
mbi8's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the mbi8 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
mbi8 implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the mbi8 Platform are encrypted using TLS 1.3 protocol.

Upon termination of an Account for legitimate reasons, any verified real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC procedures.
Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting mbi8 customer support. Closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.
mbi8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification where practicable. The current version of the Terms & Conditions, as published at mbi8.lat/terms-conditions, will always govern your use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mbi8 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any dispute as to their validity, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and mbi8 regarding game outcomes, account transactions, or bonus calculations, Players should first contact mbi8 customer support with full details of the dispute. mbi8 will endeavour to resolve disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving full particulars of the complaint.
